Nevada Youth License Fund
Fishing and hunting in Nevada are great ways to get outdoors and be active. The Nevada Youth License Fund helps remove cost as a barrier by offering free combination hunting and fishing licenses to youth ages 12–17.
Find your next adventure with a free Youth Combination Hunting and Fishing License.
The Nevada Department of Wildlife’s Nevada Youth License Fund makes it easier for youth to experience fishing, hunting, and Nevada’s outdoors by covering the cost of a Youth Combination Hunting and Fishing License. Any youth ages 12–17, including Nevada residents and non-residents, can receive a free license.
The donation-funded program was created to help ensure that cost does not prevent young people from getting outdoors. Since the program launched in 2023, it has helped provide more than 15,000 youth combination licenses.
Licenses are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available.
