Hi-Fiber Recipe Books

Discover new ways to add more fiber to your diet with these budget-friendly breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that adults consume at least 25 grams of dietary fiber every day. These recipe books contain recipes that will each provide you with 1/3 of this recommended amount so that you can reach your fiber goals in every meal.

Developed with a team of nutrition experts, the Hi-Fiber Recipe Books provide ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that feature easily available, low-cost, and fiber-rich foods like whole grains, beans, lentils, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Each recipe provides the nutritional value per serving and suggests different ways to modify the recipes to fit different needs (e.g., gluten free diets).

Created by the University of Nevada, Reno Extension, the recipe books can help you meet your health goals with fiber-rich foods for every meal.
