About Us
Healthy Eating and Active Living Nevada (HEAL Nevada) is a statewide initiative dedicated to helping every Nevadan build healthier habits.
Who We Are: HealNV
In its first program, NV 5-2-1-0, makes healthy living simple by focusing on for daily goals:
- Eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables
- Limit recreational screen time to 2 hours
- Get 1 hour of physical activity
- Choose 0 sugary drinks by making water your go-to
Together, these small, everyday steps add up to big results.
Today, HEAL Nevada’s initiatives have expanded to include state-wide healthy eating initiatives and resources.
